Winter Fruit Cup
We are busy working on our Winter Fruit Cup, the first bottles of which will be available August 2015. We are laying down fruit, soaking in Gin over the winter to give it a really deep flavour. We have been over to the Lythe Valley in Westmoreland to collect Damsons - the best Damsons in the world! We got ours from Anne, Low Farm, near Winster. Might be tempted to steal a few to make some jam with.
