The Spicy Valentine

Classy, sweet and spicy.

Complementing the pink pepper notes of our gin, this fruity take on a classic G&T looks as beautiful as it tastes. The combination of pink pepper and strawberry together is quite complex and wonderfully refreshing!

Our favourite tonic to use for this drink is Fentiman's Botanical Tonic water, for its aromatic and delicately floral taste, however any good premium tonic should suffice.

We like to enjoy this drink with the strawberry pulp in for fresher flavour. If you want a drink without bits, then strain the drink into a clean glass. For the most floral flavour, take your strawberries out of the fridge well in advance of this recipe.
