Strawberry Summer Cup

Taking inspiration from traditional punches and summer cups, we have be experimenting with some delicious ways to serve our new Strawberry and Pink Pepper Liqueur. This is a really simple serve that can be made by the glass, or even scaled up to make a pitcher to share with good company. It’s becoming one of our garden party favourites!

This is a great chance to get creative with your garnishes. During the summer, we like to use the classic combination of fresh strawberries, apples, cucumber and mint, with a large slice of mango for an exotic touch. The bouquet of fresh fruit on the nose is almost as delicious as the drink itself.

For the mixer, we really like the floral flavours of Fentimans Botanical Tonic, but have a go and try some of your own favourites. If tonic isn’t your thing, or you want a slightly sweeter drink, try a traditional lemonade or ginger ale.

Ingredients:
50ml Durham Strawberry and Pink Pepper Liqueur
Fentimans Botanical Tonic Water
Fresh fruits and a sprig of mint to garnish

Method
-Fill a large glass with plenty of ice and fresh fruit
-Pour in your liqueur
-Top up with tonic
-Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
