This is our fruity take on the classic Tom Collins cocktail. We've swapped gin for our Strawberry and Pink Pepper Liqueur, and sugar syrup for grenadine, to add to the beautiful colour.
50ml Durham Strawberry and Pink Pepper Liqueur
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml grenadine syrup
-Fill a large glass with plenty of ice
-Pour in your liqueur, lemon juice and syrup
-Top up (carefully - if you want the sunrise effect) with soda
-Garnish with a slice of lemon and a couple of cocktail cherries
