French 75


French 75 is one of our Head Distiller Jess's all time favourite cocktails.  You'll love this classic, elegant and oh so fantastic drink!

35ml Durham Gin
5ml Sugar syrup
10ml fresh lemon juice and lemon rind to garnish
Chilled Champagne or something sparkling


- Measure the gin and lemon juice and pour in to a champagne flute
- Add the sugar syrup (made from boiling 1 part sugar to 1 part water)
- Top up with chilled champagne
- Garnish with lemon rind
