Our Islay Cask Aged gin is a very special limited edition which differs from our established Cask Aged Gin as it has been aged in an Islay Whisky cask for 18 months rather than bourbon and sherry casks used for our classic cask aged.
The Islay cask has given a very light smoky edge to the classic Juniper and warm pink peppercorn flavours of our Durham Gin creating a deliciously unique spirit.
