As we are expanding the Distillery, we are taking on more team members.  

Ioanna is our new head distiller, and joins us to take on not just Durham Gin and Vodka, but our new Durham Whisky as well. Originally from Greece, she graduated with an MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Herriot Watt, and has previously worked at Beavertown Brewery, and North Britain Distillery. She has excellent technical and scientific skills, but also a great pallet to make spirits that are unique and full of character.
