All of these cocktails are on the strong side - when you work in a distillery you like to taste the spirit - don’t be ashamed to add slightly less alcohol to taste!! Why not try a cocktail class in our underground bar?

How it's made
Ingredients:
50ml Durham Gin, Tea spoon of honey, Handful of fresh basil leaves, 75ml apple juice
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with sprig of basil.Elderflower Collins

Ingredients:
50ml Durham Gin, 50ml lemon juice, Splash of sugar syrup or raw honey to taste, 75ml sparkling Elderflower

50ml Durham Gin, 10ml Dry Vermouth, preferably Noilly Prat
Instructions:
Shake the Gin and Vermouth together in a cocktail shaker, strain into a Martini glasses. Garnish with a twist of lemon or an olive. If you like your Martini dryer add less Vermouth. If you like your Martini very dry wipe the rim of the Martini Glass with Vermouth and fill with very cold Gin shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice.English Garden

Instructions:
