The 2022 edition of our Cask Aged Gin once again sees our classic Durham Gin rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks but this time for almost 18 months! The 3 casks produced just over 1,000 bottles and have given the liquid a wonderfully richness of colour and amazing depth of flavour.
